This first floor main reception room ceiling is a bespoke item manufactured to mimic a late Georgian ceiling designed by Robert Adam. The layout being one of a pattern of octagonal panels broken by decorative roses.
The decorative panel moulds having a double-sided egg and dart design and the roses having a leaf enrichment. The central pattern is bordered by a single sided egg and dart panel and the perimeter to the entire room is completed with an enriched block cornice of lions head motif’s and a large bead.
